What issues do you specialize in?I work with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, unresolved trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. I help people who feel stuck in self-destructive patterns and self-sabotage at home or at work. I also support couples (traditional and nontraditional) and families with adolescents through conflict resolution, exploration of communication struggles, and perspectives on major life transitions.

What types of payment do you take?I currently accept United Healthcare and Aetna PPO plans, but I will be going out of network with all insurance providers by the end of 2025. Payment is due at the time of your session.

Is therapy right for me if I’m not sure what I need yet?You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity—whether you’re facing something specific or just feeling stuck and unsure where to turn. Contact Kathleen for a free consultation to consider your options.
