Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. I provide online counseling across Texas through a secure, confidential video platform. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of attending sessions from home.
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, grief, unresolved trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. I help people who feel stuck in self-destructive patterns and self-sabotage at home or at work.
I also support couples develop new communication strategies and help them adjust to major life transitions.
Kathleen has an integrated approach and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other integrative tools. My work is client-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs.
● Individual sessions: 50 minutes | $170
● Couples sessions: 50 minutes | $170
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna PPO plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
I accept all major credit cards, including HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Payment is due at the time of your session.
