Couples
A space to be honest with yourself and each other.
In couples counseling, we focus on what’s happening beneath the surface—where hurt, love, fear, and hope often live side by side. It’s a space to speak honestly, listen with care, and understand one another more fully. I provide a grounded, supportive environment where both partners can slow down, reflect, and communicate more openly.
Using a strength based approach, I help couples ease defensiveness, listen with empathy, and explore the deeper truths of what each partner needs, feels and can offer each other.
A space to breathe, reflect, and grow.
Life can feel heavy. Anxiety, grief, trauma, or the weight of old patterns can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. In these divisive and uncertain times, finding clarity and calm within is more important than ever.
I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface and begin to understand the how past experience affects your present reality. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence based approaches, I’ll help you gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll uncover your hidden inner resources—so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Music Therapy:
The Safe and Sound Protocol
Non-invasive therapy to calm the nervous system,
ease anxiety, and support healing
How It Works
The SSP uses specially filtered music designed to send cues of safety directly to the body. Most clients listen with a combination of sessions alongside me — either in person or online — and at home, sometimes with a trusted listening partner. The process is simple: you put on headphones and listen to the music while I guide and support your experience. Many people notice powerful shifts — feeling less on edge, sleeping more easily, or finding it easier to connect with loved ones.

Why Nervous System Regulation Matters
This process helps regulate the nervous system, which is the foundation for resilience, emotional balance, and healthy relationships. When our system feels safe, we can respond to stress with more flexibility, think more clearly, and engage more openly with others. Families often complete SSP together, and many describe it as a shared reset that deepens connection. -
Who Can Benefit
Because it works with the body’s natural wiring, SSP can be supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, chronic stress, or simply the challenges of modern life. It can also be combined with other therapies you may already be doing, offering a safe and simple way to strengthen your capacity for healing, growth, and connection.
